At Companyclean we know there is more to being a good cleaning company than just excelling at cleaning. Our customers need to be certain that our staff are honest and can be trusted.

You need to know that your premises are in safe hands . We recognises the importance of security and therefore, rigorously uphold our security policies and those stipulated by clients. These policies form part of the employee's induction training. New staff are Not given key access jobs, these positions are reserved for existing employees that have already proved their integrity.

Companyclean have a policy to undertake basic identity checks including:• Copies of utility bills/bank statements are retained at our office for proof of address.
  • No staff are employed without a national Insurance number.
  • Staff are not employed without first establishing their identity.
  • This is achieved by inspection of; a P45/P60, a valid passport confirming that the
    individual is either a British Citizen or a European Economic Area National, an
    appropriate birth certificate or a letter from The Home Office confirming the person
    named is entitled to work.
  • All staff are paid via a BACS transfer system and are therefore required to have an
    appropriate bank/building society account.
